The Cerbaiona Brunellos are among the finest wines of Montalcino, and Italy, for that matter.

Skillfully managed and owned by Diego Molinari.his small winery (1700 case total annual production), the vineyard surrounds the beautiful house cellar and is located at about 300 meters above sea level. The soil is marl and clay and this central spot in the east of the district produces elegance with deep plum and cherry notes. The plants are grown with the traditional Cordone Speronato (trellising) method and produce about 40q/ha.

The site and the soil guarantee raw materials of prime quality, the rest is the work of Molinari, nick-named “Il Maestro,” who has created a distinctive, structured style with great Sangiovese character.
