Domaine de la Coume du Roy, the oldest winery in Maury, is run by Agnes de Volontat- Bachelet, the 6th generation of vintners in the family. The domaine covers 25 hectares of Grenache (black, grey and white grenache), Macabeu, Muscat d'Alexandrie and Muscat petit grain, planted with a density of 3700 vines per hectare and producing an average yield of 20 hectolitres per hectare.
