We're partnering with cheesemonger Brklyn Larder for our 4-part Regional Wine & Cheese Spring Series. This class features a tasting of five wines and cheeses from Castilla-Leon: The Rueda and Ribera del Duero wine regions have one foot in the old world and one in the new, but whichever direction you turn, they all pair incredibly well with the region痴 traditional quesos, amongst which are some of the most stunning examples of goat and sheep we know.
